We have been working with Marque Engineering for about 3 years. Currently, Marque handles the MEP engineering for all of our ground up restaurant projects in the Midwest. We continue to work with them because they are a true partner. They are always efficient in responses, creative with solutions and whether we are working through design, permitting or construction they always have our best interest in mind. When we decided to build our new corporate headquarters in 2018, there was no question about who we would hire for MEP engineering.
We have been working with Marque Engineering for around three years now. They have designed several hotel and commercial projects for us. ...since much of my business entailed the site adaptation of major national retail and restaurant brand prototypes, I had only two things that were essential to me in a PM&E Engineering collaboration beyond the delivery of solid, quality engineering design and documentation services…which is a given. First and most importantly, never miss a deadline and secondly, there will be no nickel and diming…plenty of good, dependable cash flow to go around.
We find them to be great with internal coordination of their work and also great with working on incorporating our comments when we review their designs. They are proactive if needed for alternate design ideas, but can also just stick to the script when that’s what’s needed and are great at meeting deadlines.
Marque Engineering has always been attentive to the details with an impressive work ethic. The individuals we have teamed with are focused on proactive communication and interested in the long term goals of our projects and clients. Finding consultants that provide a high level of service to our clients is sometimes a challenge but this has not been the case with Marque Engineering.
